  • 200g aged Pecorino or Manchego
  • 150g Gorgonzola dolce or Roquefort
  • 150g Brie or Camembert
  • Fresh figs or pears, sliced

  • Grissini or crackers
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

  1. 1Bring all cheeses to room temperature 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
  2. 2Arrange the cheeses on a large wooden board or slate, spacing them apart.
  3. 3Place a small bowl of truffle honey on the board with a small spoon or honey dipper.
  4. 4Fill the gaps with sliced figs or pears, clusters of grapes, and nuts.
  5. 5Add grissini or crackers around the edges.
  6. 6Drizzle a little truffle honey directly over the Gorgonzola and Pecorino.
