Our commitment to your satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Because many of our products are perishable or artisanal, our returns policy differs by product type. Please read the details below.

1. Fresh Truffles

Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh truffles, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, if your truffles arrive damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a full replacement or refund at our discretion. To minimize risk, we recommend being available to receive your delivery and refrigerating truffles immediately upon arrival.

2. Oils, Condiments & Gift Sets

Non-perishable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if: • The product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging • The product was received damaged (with photo evidence) • You received the wrong item Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with: • Your name and order date • Photos of the damaged/incorrect items • Photos of the packaging We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return damaged perishable items.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours (fresh) or 14 days (shelf-stable) of delivery 2. Provide your order details and photos if applicable 3. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day 4. For approved returns, we will provide return instructions or process your refund directly

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order (bank transfer, card payment, etc.). Processing times depend on your bank but typically take 5–14 business days after approval. If you paid via bank transfer, we will refund to the same account.

6. Wholesale & Corporate Orders

Wholesale and corporate gift orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of order. Please refer to your invoice or contact your account manager for wholesale return policies.
