Fast, careful delivery from Albania to your door

We take great care packaging every order. Fresh truffles are shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Shelf-stable products (oils, condiments, gift sets) ship in protective packaging to arrive safely.

1. Albania (Domestic)

Delivery within Albania takes 1–2 business days via express courier to all major cities including Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Shkodër, Korçë, and Elbasan. • Standard delivery: 1–2 business days • Fresh truffles: shipped same day or next day after harvest when possible • Free delivery on orders over €100 within Albania • Delivery fee for smaller orders: from €3–€5 depending on location

2. Western Balkans (Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro)

We ship regularly to neighboring countries with reliable regional couriers. • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days • Fresh truffles: express cold-chain shipping recommended • Shelf-stable products: standard express delivery • Customs and duties may apply depending on the destination country

3. European Union & UK

We ship to most EU countries and the United Kingdom via express courier (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent partners). • Shelf-stable products (oils, honey, salt, gift sets): 3–5 business days • Fresh truffles: 1–3 business days via temperature-controlled express (available to select EU destinations during harvest season) • Free shipping on orders over €100 within the EU • All shipments include tracking Note: Fresh truffle delivery to some EU countries may require advance ordering due to seasonal availability and express shipping windows.

4. Rest of World (USA, Canada, Middle East, Asia)

International shipping is available for shelf-stable products. Fresh truffles can only be shipped internationally on a case-by-case basis due to customs regulations and transit times. • Oils, condiments & gift sets: 5–10 business days via international express • Fresh truffles: contact us before ordering — we will advise on feasibility for your country • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient • We provide all necessary export documentation For international orders, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp first so we can confirm delivery options and estimated arrival times for your specific location.

5. Fresh Truffle Shipping

Fresh truffles are highly perishable. We only ship truffles that have been harvested within 48 hours and pack them in insulated boxes with ice packs designed for gourmet food transit. • Best consumed within 5–7 days of delivery • We ship Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend delays • Orders placed before 12:00 CET are typically dispatched the same day • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships

6. Packaging

Every order is hand-packed with care: • Fresh truffles: vacuum-sealed or wrapped in paper towel inside insulated containers with cold packs • Oils & condiments: bubble-wrapped in sturdy boxes • Gift sets: presented in our branded packaging, ready for gifting • All packages are labeled as perishable where applicable

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp and dispatched, we send you a tracking number by email or WhatsApp message. You can follow your package in real time through the courier's website. If you have any questions about your delivery, reach out to us at any time — we're here to help.
